Publication dates -
We will be publishing issues of our Newsletter onto our website every 3 months (4 issues per year - Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter editions). Publication dates will be January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st of each year.

Payment for Newsletter Ads -
Ads and payments are due at least 1 week before the issue is published. Early payment for ads will reserve the best spaces in the next issue. Payments should be made via PayPal / Credit Card or by USPS money order. Contact webmaster for details. All ads will be included in the archived newsletters as each issue is archived, so the long-term value of these ads is enormous!!
